About Cynthia

Hello - my name is Cindy! I have been a registered dietitian for almost four years. My primary experience has been in public health, working with pregnant and postpartum women, as well as supporting individuals with a variety of eating disorders. I have also had the opportunity to work with a variety of other populations throughout my years in this field. I am deeply passionate about weight-neutral care that prioritizes sustainable, realistic health goals. When I’m not helping clients, you can find me chasing my 16 month old, diving into a good book, strolling through CVNP, or checking on my veggie and flower garden. I’m so glad you’re here and grateful for the trust you place in me as your dietitian!

Approach to care

I practice through a Health At Every Size lens, focusing on behaviors, wellbeing, and nutrition that supports you without restriction. I believe that no food has inherent morality and it is never something you need to earn. Together through evidence based care, we will set goals that honor your mental, emotional, and physical health. My goal for you is to leave every session feeling informed and confident to reach your nutrition and health goals!

Your first session with Cynthia

Our first appointment is all about you. We'll review your medical history and daily routines, dive into your relationship with food, and establish short-term goals. Together we’ll create a meal plan that fits your schedule, preferences, and energy needs. You don’t need to have it all figured out before we meet, just show up as you are! This is a judgment-free, low-pressure conversation, and my aim is to help you begin a sustainable path forward with support and respect!
