Hi, I'm Cindy, a Registered Dietitian with 15 years of experience helping people build practical, lasting changes around food and health. I earned my Bachelor of Science from Syracuse University and have worked across clinical settings, private practice, corporate wellness, and community health. I bring an evidence-based, educational approach to every session, translating science into real life strategies you can use at home, at work, and in your community. When I’m not counseling patients, I enjoy travelling & trying new foods, training for either half-marathon/powerlifting competition/hyrox or running after my 2-year-old boy. I'm dedicated to meeting you where you are and co-creating a plan that fits your life.

Our first session is a conversation about you. We'll review your medical history and any lab work or recent biometrics, and we will discuss your goals and establish short-term targets you can start today. You’ll find a judgment-free space where we explore barriers and celebrate small wins. We’ll tailor a plan to fit your life, preferences, and schedule, and I’ll share practical steps and resources to support your progress between visits. You don’t need to have it all figured out, just show up as you are and we’ll begin together.
