About Cynthia

I am a Registered Dietitian and classically trained chef with a passion for bridging culinary arts and evidence based nutrition to support lasting health, diabetes management, and sustainable weight management. As a wife and mother of 4, I understand firsthand the daily challenges of balancing family life, busy schedules, and healthy eating. I believe nutrition should be realistic, enjoyable, and seamlessly fit into real life never overwhelming or restrictive.

Approach to care

My approach to care is personalized, inclusive, and rooted in evidence based practice. Drawing from my professional culinary training, I help clients create flavorful, nourishing meals that fit their lifestyle, culture, and health goals. I focus on empowering individuals and communities to build sustainable, healthy relationships with food without restriction or judgment by emphasizing education, skill-building, and realistic strategies for long-term success.
