I am a Registered Dietitian and classically trained chef with a passion for bridging culinary arts and evidence based nutrition to support lasting health, diabetes management, and sustainable weight management. As a wife and mother of 4, I understand firsthand the daily challenges of balancing family life, busy schedules, and healthy eating. I believe nutrition should be realistic, enjoyable, and seamlessly fit into real life never overwhelming or restrictive.
