About Dale
Hi, I'm Dale. I have over 40 years as a Registered Dietitian with BS in Nutrition. My career spans community health, sports nutrition, and consulting for retirement communities. In my downtime, you might find me baking yeast breads, cycling, golfing, or bowling. I aim to help you build lasting, enjoyable habits that fit your life.
Approach to care
I believe care begins with listening and partnership. My approach is evidence-based and holistic, rooted in current science yet tailored to your values and circumstances. I work with you in a warm, nonjudgmental, collaborative way, offering clear steps and accountability that fit real life. I support a weight-neutral perspective focused on sustainable behavior change, not quick fixes, and I help you connect nutrition to mental and physical well-being. Education is part of the journey, empowering you to make informed choices.
Your first session with Dale
Our first appointment is a collaborative conversation. We'll review your medical history, take a deep dive into your relationship with food, and establish short-term goals while starting a practical meal plan. You don't need to have everything figured out yet; we'll meet you where you are and learn together. We'll leave with a clear path forward and a couple of achievable steps to try before our next visit.
