About Dalton
I believe nutrition plays a key role in everything from day-to-day energy to long-term health, and that it's incredibly important to be very nutrition knowledgable, so providing nutrition education is a key part of my philosophy. I focus on how nutrition impacts your daily health, how you feel, your energy levels, and any chronic conditions you may have such as Type 2 Diabetes, Heart Disease, Hypertension, High Cholesterol, as well as those looking to improve their gut health, lose weight, or simply feel better through food.
Approach to care
My approach focuses on education, realistic behavior change, and building lifestyle changes that stick. I’ll help you understand what nutrition means for your body and goals, and together we will build a plan that works for you. I approach care by creating a judgement-free environment filled with empathy, respect, and open-mindedness to see how we can find a solution to get you to your goals.
Your first session with Dalton
In our first session we will go through your goals, what brings you to Nourish, and what you define as success for your appointments. It's important for us to be on the same page in the very beginning to ensure I know how to bring you the most worth out of your appointments.
