About Dana
I am a registered dietitian licensed in Oregon, Texas and New York, holding my Masters degree in Nutrition Education and a certified chef from the Institute of Culinary Education. I am a Certified Diabetic Care and Education Specialist, and am trained in spectrum disorders and nutrition. I specialize in ketogenic diets for epilepsy.
Approach to care
I believe in meeting a client where they are, to develop a realistic plan that reflects THIER goals, not mine, that works realistically within their resources. I believe good health is founded on nutrition and should be realistic and fun. Good nutrition should not feel like living in a food prison, but enhance one's quality of life!
