About Dana

I am passionate about helping people take back control of their health because everyone deserves to feel confident, capable, and informed in their own body. I work with clients navigating GLP-1 medications to build sustainable habits that support long-term success, not relying on short-term fixes. I also support individuals focused on body recomposition, building muscle, and getting stronger, as well as those looking to improve their health or manage chronic conditions. My approach is rooted in science-backed, evidence-based nutrition, delivered with a holistic perspective that considers the whole person. Strength training is central to my philosophy. I love teaching clients how nutrition and resistance training work together to create lasting change, helping them feel stronger, healthier, and in control of their health.

Approach to care

I believe lasting health is built through consistent habits, not extremes. I always say it's not a diet, it's a lifestyle. My approach focuses on creating sustainable nutrition and lifestyle practices that fit each client’s real life, making progress both achievable and maintainable. I emphasize an “everything in moderation” mindset, helping clients move away from all-or-nothing thinking and toward balance and flexibility. Nutrition should be looked at as supportive to health and enjoyed, not restrictive. When aligned with client goals, I incorporate strength training as a supportive tool for improving health, metabolism, and long-term results. This combination of nutrition and movement results in lasting change.
