About Dana
My name is Dana Kensky, a Registered Dietitian, with several years of experience in a clinical setting, where I have provided evidenced-based nutrition care to individuals with a ride range of medical conditions and health needs. My clinical background has allowed me to develop a strong foundation in medical nutrition therapy and personalized patient care.
Approach to care
My approach to care centers on helping individuals build a stronger, healthier, and more peaceful relationship with food. I believe nutrition should support both physical health and overall well-being - not feel restrictive, overwhelming, or rooted in guilt. I take a compassionate, client-centered approach that recognizes each person's unique history, preferences, culture, and lifestyle. Rather than focusing solely on numbers, rules, or perfection, I work with clients to develop sustainable habits, practical nutrition skills, and trust in their body's signals. My goal is to help food become a source of nourishment, enjoyment, and confidence.
