Approach to care
I believe that nutrition is catered to each individual client. I make sure to listen to the challenges my clients face with food and tailor my approach to what they need. I believe in a health-at-every-size and all foods fit approach to nutrition. Together we can build both short-term and long-term goals to help improve your relationship with food.
Your first session with Dana
Our first session will be an opportunity for you to get to know me as much as for me to get to know you! I will gather a comprehensive understanding of your background with food and health. This approach allows us to build goals that will feel attainable and approachable.
