About Dana

Dana Sivak has been a practicing outpatient dietitian since 2018. In 2020 became a board certified sports dietitian, inspired by her 20+ years as a competitive figure skater. With extensive years of experience working to improve nutrition with clients and athletes suffering from a variety of health concerns including, but not limited to: cardiovascular health, diabetes, digestive health, eating disorders, metabolic health, pain management, and weight loss.

Approach to care

Dana’s individualized approach combines holistic and functional nutrition to identify, treat, and improve dietary efforts to optimize one's health. Her patient-centered care recognizes the importance of an individual’s health and lifestyle as avenues for behavior changes related to nutrition, while promoting one’s overall health and wellness. She believe, as T. Colin Campbell once said, “Good nutrition creates health in all areas of our existence. All parts are interconnected.”

Your first session with Dana

Via a 55-minute initial session, Dana will assess your personal nutrition strengths and challenges, review your pre-existing medical history, and determine what current patterns or habits exist relative to diet, exercise, sleep, stress, and/or general lifestyle. Assessing these different areas, will allow Dana to gain a comprehensive understanding of what changes moving forward may be recommended in order to achieve your personal short and long-term health goals.
