About Dana
Dana is a Registered Dietitian who is passionate about the power of food to radically transform health, prevent disease, and promote longevity. She has experience providing comprehensive nutrition care to patients in inpatient and outpatient settings, in addition to leading group culinary medicine classes through a nationally-renown teaching kitchen. In her own life, she has seen profound changes from improving her nutrition, which provides her continual inspiration to help others on their health journey.
Approach to care
As a Dietitian, Dana is passionate about helping people build simple and sustainable habits that lead to a more positive relationship with food, movement, and feeling good in your body. She believes that achieving your health goals should not be complicated or restrictive. Instead, Dana likes to build on your existing positive habits (everyone has them!) and how to incorporate new foods to your diet and routine, rather than take things away. She fundamentally believes there is room for all types of food in a healthy and balanced diet.
Your first session with Dana
Dana creates an open and non-judgemental space to learn more about your health journey, explore your goals, and support you in designing small, actionable steps that feel good to you. Dana enjoys learning about your physical health and nutrition, but she also likes to learn about you as a whole person and how best nutrition can support you in all areas of life.
