About Dana

I’m a Registered Dietitian with a strong background in clinical nutrition and nutrition support. I specialize in tube feeding and enteral nutrition and hold the Certified Nutrition Support Clinician (CNSC) credential. While my expertise is rooted in clinical care, I enjoy working with anyone looking to improve their nutrition—whether you have complex medical needs or are simply seeking practical, everyday guidance. Outside of work, I love crafting, sewing, baking, and gardening. I also enjoy weight lifting and am currently training for my first half marathon at Disneyland, combining my passion for nutrition with movement and fun.

Approach to care

My approach is practical, supportive, and judgment-free. I believe nutrition should fit into real life, not add stress to it. I focus on collaboration, meeting you where you are, and creating personalized strategies that align with your goals, preferences, and lifestyle. Whether your needs are medical, preventative, or performance-focused, we’ll work together to build sustainable habits that make sense for you.

Your first session with Dana

Your first session is a relaxed, collaborative conversation. We’ll review your health history, current concerns, and nutrition goals, and talk through what’s working—and what isn’t. You’ll leave with clear, individualized recommendations and next steps you can realistically apply right away. My goal is for you to feel heard, supported, and confident moving forward.
