I use the plate method to teach balance and, with the right clients, set daily nutrition targets. My most successful clients track intake through an app, letting me provide real-time suggestions. I donât believe in total overhaulsâsmall tweaks usually drive the biggest results. Weight loss is simple, but not easy. It takes planning, preparation, and consistency. Your first session with Daniel
During our first session, my goal is simple: understand where youâre at and whatâs realistic. Weâll review medical diagnoses, medications, mobility or limitations, weight and dieting history, current activity, and eating habits. Weâll walk through a typical day of eating, your food preferences, and any allergies. Iâll teach the plate method so you can see what balanced eating looks like and how it supports weight loss. From there, weâll outline a plan of attack that fits your lifeâno cookie-cutter rules. Weâll also decide whether tracking intake via an app is right for you. I meet you where youâre at; we only commit to a feasible level. Donât be intimidatedâsometimes baby steps are best. Weâll stack small wins, stay accountable, and keep moving forward so you leave day one with clear next steps.
