About Daniel

Hi, I’m a registered dietitian with 23 years of experience helping people just like you make food and health feel less overwhelming. I’ve worked in hospitals, dialysis centers, community clinics, and private settings—so whether you're managing something complex like kidney disease or just trying to eat better without the stress, I get it.

Approach to care

My approach is simple: no judgment, no cookie-cutter plans, and no trendy fads. Just real conversations, realistic strategies, and honest guidance that fits your life—not someone else’s idea of what ā€œhealthyā€ should look like. I’ll meet you where you are, and we’ll build from there, together. Clients say I’m easy to talk to and that I make things make sense. That’s the goal—I want you to feel heard, supported, and confident in the steps you’re taking. We’ll focus on progress, not perfection. If you're tired of confusing advice or feeling like you have to do it all alone, let’s work together. I’m here to make the journey easier—and a lot more doable. I offer a clear, evidence-based approach that's practical and results-driven. I focus on real life strategies, not cookie-cutter plans, and work with you in a way that feels comfortable, relatable, and supportive every step of the way.

Your first session with Daniel

Our first session is all about getting a clear picture of your life, your challenges, and what you actually want—not what someone else thinks you should want. I’ll ask about your health history, daily routines, symptoms, energy levels, stress, sleep, and any medical conditions you’re managing. We’ll also talk through your relationship with food, what’s working, what isn’t, and what feels overwhelming right now. There’s no judgment and no pressure to have everything figured out. From there, we’ll identify a few realistic goals and map out simple steps you can start right away. I won’t hand you a rigid meal plan or a long list of rules. Instead, you’ll walk away with clarity—what to focus on first, what to stop stressing about, and what’s actually going to move you forward. You can expect honesty, support, and practical guidance. By the end of the session, you should feel heard, understood, and relieved that there’s a plan that fits your life—not someone else’s version of ā€œhealthy.ā€
