About Daniela
Hello! My name is Daniela Barrera, and I am an RDN from South Texas. I am passionate about helping individuals build sustainable habits that support their long-term health and confidence. I completed my Master's Degree in Dietetics from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley and have a strong interest in weight management and overall wellness. I take an empathetic and goal-oriented approach to nutrition counseling, aiming to meet each patient where they are and guide them toward realistic, lasting change.
Approach to care
My goal during counseling centers on empowerment and helping my clients understand that small, consistent steps can lead to meaningful results. Whether patients are seeking to manage their weight or feel more energized in their daily lives, I aim to provide guidance and support every step of the way. Through evidence-based strategies and compassionate care, I strive to create a positive and encouraging space where patients can feel confident in taking control of their health.
