About Daniela

Hi, I’m Daniela! I’m a registered dietitian and health educator with 20 years of experience helping clients improve their relationship with food, eating, and their bodies while enhancing overall health. While I work with folks across many needs, I especially enjoy supporting individuals navigating disordered eating and eating disorders, intuitive eating, and chronic health conditions.

Your first session with Daniela

In our first session, we’ll review your health history, current health status, and what you hope to get out of our time together. We’ll also explore your eating habits, how you feel about food and your body, and any lifestyle factors that may be affecting your well-being. From there, we’ll work together to create a plan with short- and long-term steps that fit your life, so you leave feeling supported and confident.
