About Daniella
I’m Daniella Popa, a Registered Dietitian, and I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself and share a bit about my own journey to better health and happiness. Like many of you, I’ve had to navigate the ups and downs of finding balance with food, fitness, and overall wellness. Over time, I’ve learned that health isn’t about perfection—it’s about making small, sustainable changes that fit into your life and bring you more joy and energy. Through my own experiences, I’ve developed a deep passion for helping women prioritize their health in a way that’s realistic and empowering. I know how easy it is to get caught up in the endless cycle of quick fixes and feeling like nothing works long-term, but I’m here to tell you there’s a better way! If you’re ready to feel better, make peace with food, and create healthy habits that last, I’d love to support you on your journey. Whether you have specific nutrition goals or just need some guidance, feel free to reach out to me—I’m here to help!
Approach to care
As a Registered Dietitian, my approach to care is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and respect for each individual’s unique journey. I believe that nutrition counseling should be a supportive, patient-centered partnership—one that empowers individuals to make informed, sustainable choices that align with their values, culture, preferences, and health goals. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and understood, and I tailor each plan to fit their lifestyle rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all solution. Whether I’m guiding someone through a chronic condition, navigating food insecurity, or simply supporting healthier habits, I lead with compassion and evidence-based strategies to foster long-term success and well-being.
Your first session with Daniella
Our first session is all about getting to know you. We'll start with a conversation about your health history, lifestyle, eating habits, and any goals or challenges you're currently facing. This isn’t about judgment—it's a chance for me to understand the full picture so we can build a plan that actually fits your life. You can expect a relaxed, supportive environment where your questions are welcome and your voice is valued. Together, we’ll begin to set realistic, meaningful goals and outline a personalized approach that feels manageable and empowering. My goal is for you to leave our session feeling heard, hopeful, and equipped with a clear next step.
