About Danielle
I believe in honoring the whole person- mind, body, and lifestyle while using evidence-based practices. My goal is to help you build a healthy, balanced relationship with food that supports long-term wellness and fits your real life and goals.
Approach to care
I recognize that health and nutrition can feel overwhelming. I want to get to know your unique needs and work with you to come up with mangeable steps that will support you long term. I love learning about each person I work with and helping find ways to make empowering sustainable changes.
Your first session with Danielle
In your first session we'll have a judment-free conversation that goes beyond food. I’ll take time to learn about your lifestyle, work and home routines, stress levels, personal goals, as well as your nutrition history. Nutrition doesn’t exist in isolation, so understanding the bigger picture allows us to work on steps to meet your goals.
