About Danielle
Hi, I’m Danielle, a Registered Dietitian with 10 years of experience and a Masters in Dietetic Administration from Utah State University. I’ve worked across private practice, community health, and clinical settings, which helps me tailor care to real life. I’m grateful for the chance to support you with evidence-based, holistic guidance. When I’m not helping clients, I love cooking, reading, gardening, being outdoors, and spending time my family. I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN).
Approach to care
I practice care that is evidence-based, empathetic, and practical. I’ll use current research to guide clear, doable plans while honoring your values and lived experience. Together we’ll explore how food, sleep, stress, and activity fit your life and health goals. I work from a mindset focused on, behaviors and well being rather than a number on the scale. My holistic approach includes education so you feel confident making informed choices that last.
Your first session with Danielle
Think of our first appointment as a conversation about you and your health goals. We'll review your medical history, discuss your daily routines, and begin creating a safe, nonjudgmental space to talk openly. Together we’ll set 1 to 3 short-term, meaningful goals and start shaping a realistic meal plan that fits your tastes and lifestyle. No need to have it all figured out — you can show up as you are and we’ll take the next steps together.
