About Danielle
My name is Danielle, but you're welcome to call me Dani! I'm a registered dietitian with a nutrition background in performance and exercise, weight loss, pediatrics, pre- and postnatal, gastrointestinal disorders, kidney disease, and healthy aging - yes, I've tried a lot! However, the one common denominator was working with people eager to make change. If you're motivated and willing to learn, I'm happy to guide you!
Approach to care
I take a holistic approach to well-being, using food and nutrition as a foundation but also melding other areas such as movement/exercise, mindfulness, and emotional health. By recognizing the connection between all of these areas, we can make sustainable changes that will keep you moving forward long after we're done working together.
Your first session with Danielle
In our first session, I want to spend a lot of time getting to know you and understanding what makes you tick. You'll probably learn a bit about me, as well. This will help us determine if we'll be a good match for one another and get a head start in setting goals for your future!
