About Danielle
Welcome to my nutrition practice! Hi, Iâm a Registered Dietitian with 8 years of experience and a 5-year background in mental health. I take a whole-person approach to care, supporting clients not just with nutrition, but in all areas of well-beingâphysical, emotional, mental, and social. My work is rooted in helping people create sustainable change, whether theyâre navigating chronic conditions, healing their relationship with food, or simply trying to feel more confident and energized in everyday life. Iâm passionate about helping people find food freedom, reduce stress, and build a life that truly sparks joy. Outside of work, I love exploring the world through travel and soaking in the natural beauty of Arkansas, where I live. When Iâm not outdoors, you can find me enjoying good musicâespecially tunes from the 90s and 2000sâor spending time with my two cats. My goal is to help you create a balanced, healthy lifestyle that brings you joy and long-lasting results.
Approach to care
My approach is kind, collaborative, and deeply personalized. I donât believe in rigid food rules or one-size-fits-all plans. Instead, I help you build a sustainable routine that supports your goalsâwhether that means managing your blood sugar, finding food freedom, or breaking free from all-or-nothing thinking. ⯠With training in both clinical nutrition and mental health, I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel truly seen and empowered. Iâm here not just as your dietitian, but also as your coach, your guide, and your biggest cheerleader.
Your first session with Danielle
In our first session, weâll spend time getting to know each other and start building a strong foundation of trust. Iâll ask questions about your health history, eating habits, lifestyle, and goals. Together, weâll identify whatâs most important to you right now and outline a few realistic, meaningful steps you can take right away. Whether youâre here to address long-standing challenges or simply want more support and structure, Iâll meet you where you are and help you move forward with confidence.
