About Danielle

Hi, I’m Danielle, a Registered Dietitian with over 10 years of experience in clinical and outpatient care. I practice in San Diego and offer a supportive, thoughtful space focused on sustainable, real-life change. Outside of work, I enjoy crocheting and knitting, reading, being outdoors, and time with my people and pets.

Approach to care

My care philosophy is collaborative and warm, centered on your lived experience and goals. From a HAES perspective, the focus is on behaviors and wellbeing rather than weight, with health understood holistically, including mood, sleep, and your relationship with food and body. Together, we’ll take practical steps, celebrate progress as it happens, and support choices that feel nourishing and sustainable.

Your first session with Danielle

Our first appointment is centered on you. I'll spend time getting to know your story, including your health background, your relationship with food and your body, daily rhythms, stress, and what you’re hoping for. The space is judgment-free, with no pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with. We’ll move at your pace and gently identify one or two realistic next steps that feel supportive and doable. You don’t need to have everything figured out before we meet. Showing up as you are is enough, and we’ll take it from there together.
