About Danielle

I fell in love with nutrition because food is something we all experience and enjoy. We all have the opportunity to improve our health through food so that we can become the best versions of ourselves. I am a strong believer that "all foods fit" which essentially means there is a place for all foods in our diets, even those that have been labeled as "bad". Anything in moderation! I have been working in the clinical realm of dietetics for ~5 years, mostly in physical rehabilitation/recovery. I have experience working with individuals with a variety of health conditions. I'd love to work together to establish a lifestyle that works for you, that is enjoyable, and makes you feel like your best self!

Approach to care

My approach to care is to be compassionate and understanding. Creating lasting change is difficult but by getting to know you- your likes/dislikes, schedule, culture, etc. on a deeper level, we can work together to establish a customized plan to help you reach your goals. I will be here to provide support, ideas, and research-based nutrition recommendations to help you in your journey towards improved nutrition and overall health!

Your first session with Danielle

During our first session, I would love to get to know you- your schedule with both eating and in general, your food preferences, goals, health history, etc. This is a great time for us to get to know each other to ensure that you feel comfortable moving forward. It would also be great to gather some baseline information about any labs or other metrics you are hoping to improve while working together. We can then finish the session by creating some achievable short term goals which, over the course of many sessions, will help to reach your long term goals.
