About Danielle

Hi, I’m Danielle! I am a registered dietitian with a Bachelor and Master of Science in nutritional sciences concentrated in biochemical and functional nutrition from The University of Texas at Austin. Throughout my career as a dietitian and scientist, I have enjoyed practicing evidence-based nutrition counseling across the lifespan, spanning both clinical and private practice settings. From my background in education and research, I am passionate about translating the latest science into practical steps that fit into real life.

Approach to care

My approach to nutrition is rooted in individualized, whole-person care through a functional, holistic lens- considering nutrition, movement, genetics, sleep, stress, and meaningful connection. My goal is to help you build realistic, sustainable plans that feel supportive, not overwhelming. I firmly believe that health isn’t one-size-fits-all, and neither is healing. Whether you’re navigating gut symptoms, hormonal shifts, or optimizing training, my goal is help you feel more energized, at ease in your body, and confident in how you nourish yourself. My care philosophy is empathetic and warm, nonjudgmental, and designed to help you feel seen and supported. I use direct, action-ready strategies so you have clear steps and accountability.

Your first session with Danielle

Our first appointment is all about you! I like to get a comprehensive understanding of your past, present, and future pertaining to the whole picture of you, knowing that you are more than just your eating habits, health history and symptoms. We will discuss your health, nutrition, lifestyle, and what's been getting in the way in a nonjudgemental, low-pressure space. You don't need to have everything figured out yet! We will also discuss your long-term goals and begin creating a roadmap to help you get there. You will leave our first session feeling supported, heard, and confident about taking charge of your health. I look forward to meeting you!
