About Danielle
I have 10 years of experience working as a Registered Dietitian in both inpatient and outpatient settings. At these positions I have been able to see hundreds of patients with a wide range of concerns including weight management, diabetes, kidney disease, food allergies, bariatric surgery, and heart health to name a few. I have also helped patients just get more comfortable with food, even teaching some cooking classes along the way. I feel that food can have a massive impact on our lives, enabling us to feel our best and do the things we love.
Approach to care
I feel that we are all individuals and should be treated as such. In our time together, I want you to find this to be a non-judgemental place where we can make sustainable and evidence-based steps toward your personal goals. I am a true believer that all foods can fit into a happy and healthy life.
Your first session with Danielle
I want to get to know you! I want to learn about your medical history, lifestyle, health goals, what you have tried in the past as well as barriers that might make change difficult. We will work together to identify where we would like to start this journey and set a small attainable goal as a first step down that path.
