About Danielle
Danielle is a Registered Dietitian with almost 20 years of experience. She believes quality care starts with creating a safe, honest space and working together to achieve a goal. Gentle accountability and support for the person as a whole is vital to effective care. Each individual bring a unique set of life experiences to the table, and their "nutrition prescription" should be no different. She believes helping each individual to work toward a positive relationship with food, along with achieving the best version of themselves, is the best base to creating optimal health.
Approach to care
Danielle takes a weight-neutral approach and comes to each session with no judgement, understanding there are a unique set of life experiences that have brought an individual to where they are today. Danielle loves providing evidence-based nutrition education in a way everyone can understand and apply to their daily life.
Your first session with Danielle
Danielle wants to get to know you! She'd like to understand where you are today. When you were looking for support from a dietitian, what brought you to that point? Do you have short term goals? Long term? What have you learned about nutrition? Are there things you've tried in the past that were not successful? Thing that were?
