About Danielle
Hi! I am a Registered Dietitian from Maine with a Master of Science in Nutrition and Health Promotion from Simmons University. My career began in the state I grew up, Rhode Island. I now live Maine where I work as a full-time clinical dietitian in a hospital. I am excited to join this community in the world of outpatient counseling and provide individualized support to others.
Approach to care
Nutrition isn’t one-size-fits-all, and I’m here to help you find what works for you in a way that feels sustainable, realistic, and compassionate. I work towards providing inclusive, respectful, and evidence-based nutrition support. I take a collaborative and non-judgmental approach that focuses on each person’s individual goals, values, and lived experiences. I’m all about creating a space where people feel heard, supported, and empowered, regardless of body size, background, or identity.
Your first session with Danielle
Our first session is all about getting to know you. We’ll talk about your health goals, daily routines, eating habits, and anything else you feel is important to share. There’s no pressure to have it all figured out, this is a judgment-free zone. I’m here to listen, ask questions, and learn how I can best support you.
