About Danielle
Hi, I'm Danielle, a Registered Dietitian with a Master's of Science from the University of Utah. Over the past two years, I’ve worked in sports nutrition settings, helping clients fuel training, optimize performance, and build healthier relationships with food. I love hiking, backpacking, and baking sourdough in my downtime. I’m passionate about finding what works for each person, and I bring an educational, empathetic approach to every conversation. I’m excited to meet you.
Approach to care
My care philosophy is built on education, empathy, and partnership. I stay rooted in evidence-based practice, using current research to tailor strategies that fit your life and goals. I meet you where you are and honor your experiences, offering a holistic approach that emphasizes long-term changes over fad diets. Together we’ll consider nutrition, sleep, mood, and activity, and translate science into simple steps you can actually sustain.
Your first session with Danielle
Think of our first appointment as a collaboration. Our session will start with a review of your medical history and daily routines, then we’ll establish short-term goals and create a realistic plan. No pressure or judgment here, just a conversation about what matters to you and what you want to achieve. You don’t need to have it all figured out yet; we’ll map out a practical path together and set clear next steps for your first weeks.
