Your first session with Darwin

Weâll start by discussing your nutrition history, lifestyle, medical background, and any challenges youâve experienced with food or nutrition in the past. This helps me get a full picture of your needs so we can create a plan that truly works for you. Together, weâll identify your priorities and begin developing practical strategies to support your goals. This may include guidance on balanced meals, meal planning, grocery shopping, cooking techniques, or building sustainable eating habits that fit your daily routine. Because of my background as both a Registered Dietitian and a Chef, I also focus on helping you translate nutrition guidance into real-life meals that are satisfying and enjoyable. Youâll leave your first session with clear, personalized steps you can start implementing right away, along with ongoing support to help you stay on track.

Bachelorâs degree in Culinary Nutrition with completion of an accredited dietetic internship. Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (LDN). Ongoing continuing education with special focus on Senior Nutrition (Gerontological Nutrition). Adult weight management certification.
