About David
I'm originally from France. I'm having a Master's in Nutrition Science from the University of Burgundy, France. After moving to the US in 2011, I passed a second Bachelor's in Dietetics at Montclair State University, NJ, and completed my my Internship at the Sage Colleges, Troy, NY. I'm having a solid experience in Private Practice and Acute Care Hospital. I'm also specialized in Nutrition Support.
Approach to care
My approach is to build the appropriate diet according to your health and your background, by respecting your personal preferences, culture and faith. As a patient you will be at the center of your Nutrition Care Plan, and I will be here to guide you.
Your first session with David
The first session will be essentially the Assessment that includes diet history, height, weight changes, medical history and lab work if available. Then I will introduce the diet that is appropriate and we will work together to build up you new diet.
