We’ll review your medical history, lab work or biometrics if available, and your diet history, while deepening our understanding of your relationship with food. We’ll establish short term goals and create a practical meal plan that fits your life. No need to have everything figured out before you come in, just bring curiosity and openness. You’ll leave with a clear sense of direction and the next steps we’ll take together.
