About Dawn
My name is Dawn DiMarco. I am a Registered Dietitian based in southern Massachusetts. I am a huge lover of local food and farms. I have spent 7+ years working in farmers markets and sustainability. I specialize in general health conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, weight management, kidney disease, IBS/GI issues, allergies, etc.
Approach to care
My approach is patient-centered, meaning that each care plan is customized to fit the unique needs of the individual, considering your health conditions, goals, preferences, and lifestyle. I want to help you create small lifestyle changes that will create a big impact on your nutrition and health in a positive sustainable way.
Your first session with Dawn
I will spend time gaining rapport and getting to know you as an individual. Then I will gather pertinent information such as your medical history, dietary intake, nutrition goals, biochemical data, and anthropometric data. This information will help me determine a nutrition diagnosis, treat you, and meet your needs. My goal is to ensure you are comfortable and to gain my trust to work collaboratively on your short-term and long-term goals.
