About Dawn

Hi there, I’m so glad you’re here! My name is Dawn and I am a Registered Dietitian & Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. I decided to become a Dietitian when I witnessed first-hand how powerful a role nutrition played in improving my own health issues. I knew right away that I wanted to help empower others to utilize food as a tool to help them live the happiest and healthiest lives possible.

Approach to care

Changing your eating habits doesn’t have to be miserable. If you feel burnt ​out, lost, or just flat out confused when it comes to what, when, or ​how to eat - you’re in the right place. The key to long-term success is not about deprivation, stringent rules, or strict diets. My goal is for you to feel confident and knowledgeable in making positive yet flexible lifestyle choices that align with your health goals. I am a firm believer in shared-decision making, which means working collaboratively with you to set goals that are not only sustainable, but also realistic. I will listen to you, understand your challenges, and provide personalized guidance each step of the way.

Your first session with Dawn

We will do a deep-dive into your health history. Think of this as a "get-to-know-you" session. My desire is to truly understand who you are, where you've been, and where you want to go when it comes to your health and wellness. We will work together to set a few actionable goals that will help you hit the ground running!
