About Dawn
Dawn has been a Registered Dietitian for more than 7 years. She has worked in hospitals, private practice and corporate wellness, helping people with various health concerns through nutrition therapy and lifestyle coaching. Understanding that a one-size-fits-all approach is rarely helpful, Dawn is dedicated to providing personalized care so that her clients can achieve their goals.
Approach to care
Instead of recommending strict diets, Dawn uses a mindful approach that promotes a healthy relationship with food and encourages simple changes in daily living. She aims to meet people where they are so she can provide realistic nutrition plans that lead to lasting change. She is compassionate, understanding that life can be messy and none of us are perfect. Your nutrition plan will be tailored to your needs, taking into account all things that may be standing in your way of success.
Your first session with Dawn
Your first session will involve getting to know each other, discussing your health history and concerns, current nutrition intake, and your schedule. Dawn and you will start building that personalized health plan and set attainable goals based on the information gathered.
