About Dawn

I support adults who want to feel better in their bodies but feel overwhelmed by food advice or discouraged by past approaches that didn't last. Many of the people I work with are navigating low energy, blood sugar shifts, digestive discomfort, weight changes, or a complicated relationship with food. Often they are simply tired of feeling like they're doing something wrong. I don't believe your body is broken. I believe it's communicating. My role is to help you slow down, understand those signals, and rebuild nourishment and daily rhythms that help you feel steadier, more confident, and more at home in your body.

Approach to care

My approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and grounded in real life. I don't use rigid rules or extreme diets. Instead, we focus on balanced meals, consistent eating patterns, and manageable habits that strengthen your energy, metabolism, digestion, and long-term resilience. Progress isn't about perfection. It's about noticing meaningful shifts such as steadier energy, fewer ups and downs with food, improved digestion, or a calmer relationship with eating. Our sessions are practical and judgment-free, with space for questions, setbacks, and the realities of everyday life.

Your first session with Dawn

Your first session is centered on clarity and relief. We'll talk through your health history, what you've tried before, and what feels most frustrating or confusing right now. You don't have to have it all figured out. That's what I am here for. Together, we'll identify a few next steps that feel realistic and supportive. You'll leave with a clear direction, practical starting points, and a better understanding of how to care for your body in a way that feels steady rather than stressful.
