About Deanne

Hi, I’m Deanne Lynch, a Registered Dietitian specializing in bariatric nutrition, weight management, and healthy eating habits. I help clients prepare for surgery, navigate recovery, and build confidence in life-long nutrition. I also work with individuals seeking sustainable weight loss, improved energy, and a healthier relationship with food—no surgery required. I’m passionate about working with people who are ready for change—those eager to learn, make progress, and find what truly works for them. My path to dietetics has been shaped by a lifelong connection to food and health. My time in the Marine Corps taught me discipline and resilience, culinary training deepened my love for food and ability to make healthy meals enjoyable, and years of distance running reinforced how nutrition supports our health.

Approach to care

I use a Whole Health Approach that looks beyond calories and meal plans to address the full picture of your well-being. My care is encouraging, straightforward, and practical, focusing on small, realistic goals that support long-term progress. Together, we’ll target key areas like nutrition, sleep, stress, and physical activity to improve overall health and metabolic outcomes. My goal is to help you make informed choices and feel confident in maintaining those changes for life.

Your first session with Deanne

Your first session lasts about 60 minutes and focuses on understanding your story, goals, and daily habits. We’ll review your medical history, nutrition patterns, and lifestyle factors like sleep, stress, and activity to see the full picture. Together, we’ll set one or two realistic goals and outline clear next steps. You’ll leave with practical guidance and a plan that feels achievable and personalized to you.
