About Deborah

If nutrition or healthy eating feels overwhelming, you’re not alone. Many of the clients I work with want to feel better but feel stuck knowing what to eat, how to cook, or how to make changes that actually last. I’m Debbie Brinckman, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach with 15 years of experience helping people make realistic, sustainable changes that fit their lives. I help clients cut through the noise, build confidence around food, and turn nutrition advice into simple, doable habits. I specialize in weight management (including GLP-1 medications), diabetes and prediabetes, gut and heart health, autoimmune conditions, food allergies, healthy aging, and women’s health concerns such as menopause and PCOS. Using practical strategies like meal planning, grocery shopping, and simple cooking, I help make healthy eating feel manageable—not restrictive.

Approach to care

You are always in the driver’s seat. I take a collaborative, judgment-free approach that focuses on progress over perfection. Together, we’ll create a plan that aligns with your goals, preferences, and lifestyle—not a one-size-fits-all diet. I also look beyond food, considering factors like stress, sleep, movement, and daily routines so your plan feels supportive and sustainable.

Your first session with Deborah

Our first session is a relaxed, supportive conversation focused on you. We’ll review your health history, discuss your goals, and talk through what has or hasn’t worked in the past. You’ll leave with 1–2 clear, realistic action steps and a personalized plan designed to help you move forward with confidence—without pressure or overwhelm.
