About Deborah
Hi, I'm Deb - a registered dietitian and personal trainer with decades of experience working with individuals to help them meet their health goals. I am also a chef and food truck owner who believes healthy eating should be simple, full of flavor, and easy to maintain. I specialize in diabetes education, heart-healthy nutrition, and helping people build sustainable habits that fit their lifestyle. My goal is to make nutrition simple, enjoyable, and realistic so you can feel your best every day.
Approach to care
My approach is rooted in meeting patients where they are. I believe in creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space that makes it easier to take positive steps forward. I'm down to earth, approachable, and focused on celebrating progress, no matter how small. With a positive outlook, I aim to help each person build confidence, find balance, and make sustainable changes that truly fit their life.
Your first session with Deborah
In our first session, we'll complete a thorough nutrition assessment that covers your health history, lab work, medications, lifestyle, and exercise background. I'll also take time to get to know you and understand your goals, preferences, and challenges. Together, we'll create a personalized, sustainable plan to support your long-term health and well-being.
