Hi, I'm Debra, a Registered Dietitian with five years of experience and a BS in Food and Nutrition Science. I’ve worked in clinical and hospital settings as well as private practice, so I understand the realities of medical needs and busy lives. My practice is shaped by the RDN perspective I bring to every appointment, blending science with empathy. When I’m not with clients, I love cooking, gardening, and sharing quick food ideas on TikTok. I absolutely enjoy helping busy moms, or anyone really, build simple systems that make nourishing themselves easier.

Approach to care

I believe care should be evidence-based, empathetic, and action-oriented. My approach is HAES-aligned, weight-neutral, and focused on sustainable habits rather than dieting fads. I’ll listen first, then partner with you to translate science into doable steps that fit your life. We’ll explore your relationship with food in a holistic way, considering stress, routines, and goals, so you feel capable and supported. Education is part of my work, empowering you to make informed choices and own lasting change.

Your first session with Debra

Our first appointment is all about you. We’ll review your medical history and take a deep dive into your relationship with food, so I can tailor a plan that fits your values and lifestyle. You don’t need to have everything figured out yet; I’m here to listen and learn. We’ll talk about your goals, barriers, and routines, and together we’ll set a couple of realistic next steps. The space is judgment-free, and I’ll meet you where you are, every step of the way.
