About Delaney
Hi, I’m Laney, a Registered Dietitian passionate about making nutrition clear, approachable, and empowering, so you can feel confident about food without confusion. My goal is to help individuals build a healthy, balanced relationship with food that works for their lifestyle. I work with clients to strengthen their relationship with food while building sustainable habits that support physical well-being and honor emotional and mental health. Throughout my education, I developed a strong foundation in evidence-based practice while learning how to personalize care in a way that feels encouraging and meets each client's unique needs. If it’s helpful, I’m always happy to collaborate with other members of your healthcare team to ensure your care feels well-supported. I wholeheartedly believe that lasting change comes from thoughtful behavior shifts, not quick fixes, and that progress looks different for everyone.

From our first session and throughout our time together, my focus is on understanding your goals, exploring any barriers you might be facing, and honoring how you want to approach our work together. Your first session with Delaney
In our first session, I’ll prioritize getting to know you — including your past medical history and how it may be nutritionally relevant, your relationship with food, an overview of your dietary habits (the more detail, the better!), your goals, any barriers you recognize, and how you’d like to approach our time together. After this, we'll begin crafting a plan that fits your lifestyle, habits, preferences, and even your values. This plan will be flexible and revisited frequently as we continue to work together. My goal is to ensure you leave the session feeling understood, confident, and supported as you move forward. I will also answer any questions you may have about food, nutrition, supplements (within reason), and how to navigate your health in a sustainable way. This is a judgement-free space, and I look forward to working collaboratively with each client and meeting you where you're at. This is your chance to create habits that truly fit your life. 🙂
