Your first session with Dena

The goal of the first session is to get to know you and what brings you to see me for nutrition counseling. You can expect your session with me to be a non-judgmental, relaxed, and supportive environment. Dena will ask about your medical history, nutrition history, current eating patterns, lifestyle and most importantly, what your expectations and hopes to achieve from a health and nutrition perspective. She hopes to dive deeper into nutrition education and your nutrition goals in the sessions to come. Dena would love to be a partner in your journey in health and wellness.
