About Denise
Denise is a Registered Dietitian who also holds a Masters of Science degree in Counseling Studies. She has worked in the field of Health & Nutrition for 20 years. Previous experience includes providing medical nutrition therapy & counseling for clients with multiple health conditions such as Diabetes, HTN, Heart Disease, Kidney Disease, & Weight Managment. Denise has also provided nutrition counseling for pregnant women, infants, & children.

Denise combines her clinical skills with her love for education, bringing the best experience possible to her nutrition educational & counseling settings. She combines motivational counseling techniques with nutrition therapy to promote overall wellness, helping clients to exceed their lifestyle goals & age healthy.
Your first session with Denise
During your first nutrition session, you should expect to tell Denise about your specific health journey. Be willing to discuss obstacles & challenges you've faced and what you would like to accomplish over a short or long term period. The first session is also to help the practitioner understand the clients needs and what the client expects from the Dietitian.
