About Denise

Hi, I'm Denise, a Registered Dietitian with Nourish, Certified Lactation Counselor, lifelong athlete, and mom who believes in supporting health at every stage of life. Growing up, sports were a huge part of my world, and playing college athletics taught me the value of fueling the body for performance and recovery. That's where my love for nutrition began. After college, I took that passion further by competing in bodybuilding, gaining a deeper understanding of how nutrition, movement, and mindset work together to help us feel and perform our best. Now, as a mom, lactation counselor, and dietitian, I'm passionate about helping women nourish their bodies through every chapter of life and find a balanced approach to exercise, nourishment, and well-being. I believe nutrition should empower you to thrive, whether you're an athlete, a busy parent, a new parent or simply striving to feel stronger and more confident every day.

I take a supportive, real-life approach to nutrition. One that is personalized to you and focuses on progress, not perfection. My goal is to help you build habits that feel good, make sense for your lifestyle, and actually last. I believe that food should be enjoyable, empowering, and flexible. Together we'll focus on small, sustainable changes that support your energy, confidence, and overall health at every stage of life.

Our first session is all about getting to know you. Your goals, lifestyle, preferences, and what's motivating you to work on your nutrition right now. We'll talk through your current eating habits, activity level, and any challenges you're facing so I can get the full picture. From there, we'll start creating a personalized plan that fits your life. You'll leave the session with realistic, actionable steps to start building momentum right away. My goal is for you to walk away feeling supported, understood, and empowered, with a clear idea of how we'll work together to help you reach your goals.
