About Desiree

Hello! My name is Desiree, and I am a Registered Dietitian with a strong background in creating delicious, balanced meals. For the past two years, I’ve worked at a local meal delivery service that prioritizes health, wellness, and balance. My work has focused on developing weekly menus, creating and testing recipes, and modifying meals to meet a wide range of dietary needs and preferences. Essentially, I’m a professional meal prepper! I’ve always been fascinated by the connection between how we fuel our bodies and how we feel, and I also have clinical experience helping patients manage and prevent chronic conditions. Wherever you are in your health and nutrition journey, I would love to meet you where you are and help you build healthy, sustainable habits.

Your first session with Desiree

During our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other and talking about your health history, current eating habits, and personal goals. I’ll ask questions to better understand your lifestyle, preferences, and any challenges you’ve faced with nutrition. Together, we’ll start identifying small, realistic changes you can make right away. By the end of the session, you’ll leave with clear next steps and feel supported with a plan that’s personalized to you. My goal is for you to feel heard, encouraged, and confident as we begin this journey together.
