About Devon
Food and physical activity have guided my life and my work for 13+ years. With an MS in Nutrition & Dietetics and practice as a licensed and registered dietitian, I draw on experience from clinical hospital care, private practice, corporate wellness, and specialty centers including diabetes, cardiac rehab, and kidney care. I enjoy family time, hiking, and cooking, and I bring that same curiosity and practicality to helping people find sustainable habits that fit real life.
Approach to care
I ground recommendations in current research, then translate that evidence into clear, practical steps we can try together. I work from a weight-neutral, Health At Every Size perspective, focusing on behavior change and long-term habits rather than quick fixes. You'll find my style warm and nonjudgmental, direct when needed, and holistic, looking at sleep, stress, movement, and food. I aim to educate and empower you so decisions feel informed and sustainable.
Your first session with Devon
Expect a calm, collaborative visit where we take time to understand your story. We'll review your medical history and any lab work or biometrics, talk through routines and barriers, and consider short-term goals that feel realistic for you. You don't need to have everything figured out, just bring what you can. We'll leave with a few clear, manageable next steps and a plan to adjust as we learn what works for your life.
