About Devon
Devon brings 17 years of experience supporting moms during pregnancy and postpartum through her work with The WIC Program. She takes a holistic, personalized approach, focusing on each person’s unique lifestyle to uncover strategies for improving sleep, reducing stress, and finding time for what brings joy. Devon collaborates with clients to meet their wellness goals and feel their best. As a mom of two girls, ages 4 and 9, she understands the challenges of self-care while caring for others. A lover of dancing and trying new foods, Devon believes in enjoying life: "I don’t eat to live—I live to eat."
Approach to care
My approach to care is holistic and personalized, focusing on each individual’s unique needs, lifestyle, and goals. Together, we’ll look beyond food to uncover strategies for improving sleep, reducing stress, and finding time for the things that bring you joy. I believe in setting actionable, realistic steps that help you feel accomplished and see progress—one day, one week, one month at a time. My goal is to empower you to create sustainable habits that enhance your overall wellness and help you feel your best.
