About Diana
My name is Diana Bravo, and I am a bilingual dietitian (Spanish/English) based in California. I served six years of active duty in the U.S. Army before transitioning into Nutrition. I began my career specializing in eating disorders in Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization (PHP) programs. After a year in that field, I moved into chronic illness management through a Medically Tailored Meals program, where I continue to support individuals in improving their health outcomes.
Approach to care
I believe in creating a safe, welcoming space where every client feels heard, supported, and empowered. My goal is to ensure every client feels comfortable and understood. I personalize my approach to fit each person’s lifestyle, goals, and values, guided by the principles of person-centered care. This means working together to make choices that reflect who you are—emotionally, socially, and culturally—while ensuring care that’s both effective and compassionate
Your first session with Diana
In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and discuss your goals, as well as how I can best support you in achieving them. We’ll review your medical and nutrition history, explore your current habits and lifestyle, and work together to create a personalized plan that helps you move confidently toward your goals.
