I’m a Registered Dietitian with 10+ years of experience helping women and men balance blood sugar, improve metabolism, and achieve sustainable weight loss through a practical, science-based approach. I specialize in guiding women through perimenopause into menopause, helping them understand how hormone shifts affect weight, energy, mood, and cravings, while also supporting metabolic health for men and women with insulin resistance, prediabetes, diabetes, or high cholesterol. My approach is realistic, compassionate, and empowering — together we create sustainable habits that fit real life and deliver lasting results.

Your first session is all about you. We’ll take time to discuss your health history, current symptoms, eating patterns, and goals so I can truly understand your story. I’ll review your labs (if available) and begin connecting the dots between your hormones, blood sugar, metabolism, and overall well-being. Together, we’ll identify realistic first steps and create a personalized roadmap that fits your lifestyle — no restrictive diets or quick fixes, just a clear, supportive plan designed to help you feel better from the inside out. Education
Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food Science with a concentration in Dietetics Completed an accredited Dietetic Internship Program and successfully passed the Dietetic Registration Exam I've had the privilege of owning a thriving private practice where I've earned a strong reputation for helping my clients achieve real, sustainable goals.
Hobbies
Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors hiking and traveling. You'll often find me at my kids' sporting events, cheering them on, or exploring new restaurants- I'm a total foodie who loves trying new flavors and experiences.
