About Diana

Hello! I'm Diana, a Registered Dietitian currently based in Los Angeles, California. I'm a Midwestern gal to my core though and grew up in Detroit, Michigan as well as lived in Chicago, Illinois for the past four years! As a dietitian, I have extensive experience in acute care, bariatric surgery & weight management (especially with GLP-1s!), and cardiothoracic transplant surgery. I practice with the vision that food is medicine and healing. I aim to provide the necessary support for your goals to reflect your unique needs, preferences & aspirations. We will navigate the complexities of nutrition while fostering a sense of balance & joy in nourishing your body.

Approach to care

A whole-body, holistic approach is essential to your nutritional success. Assessing all areas of your life to support the health of your mind, body, and soul. I believe in fostering a healthy relationship with food. Nutrition should be a source of joy and nourishment for everyone versus stress and worry. I intend for our sessions to be a safe space for open dialogue and collaboration. I focus on developing smaller, baby habits with each session that will ultimately lead to sustainable, lifelong change.
