About Diana

I hold a BS in Nutrition and Dietetics from East Carolina University and a Master’s in Nutrition from Western Carolina University. For over 20 years, I’ve called the mountains of Western North Carolina home. As a mom of four, I understand the real-life challenges of balancing family, budget, time, and health. My clinical and outpatient experience equips me to navigate complex conditions like diabetes, PCOS, and pregnancy, while helping clients build realistic, personalized strategies. I believe nutrition should be flexible, practical, and empowering centered on informed choices and sustainable change. I’m honored to walk alongside each client’s unique journey. You more than likely have collected plenty of tools along the way for success, sometimes we just need to get you organized.

Approach to care

II believe nutrition should feel personal, practical, and empowering. My approach blends science with real-life strategy whether you're managing a health condition, navigating medications, or simply trying to make better choices day to day. I take time to understand each person’s unique story, then build a plan that fits their lifestyle and goals. Together, we explore what’s working, what’s challenging, and what small shifts could make a meaningful difference. I focus on strategies that are evidence-based and doable, recognizing that stress, sleep, medications, and family dynamics all impact how we eat and feel. I take a whole-person approach, looking beyond the numbers to understand the full picture. If you’re seeking nutrition support that meets you where you are and helps you move forward with clarity and confidence, I’d be honored to work with you.

Your first session with Diana

Our first session is all about you. We’ll take time to explore your health history, current habits, goals, and any challenges you’re facing. Whether you're managing a medical condition, adjusting medications, or simply trying to feel better day to day, I’ll meet you where you are with empathy, curiosity, and a judgment-free approach. My job is to help connect the dots between your lifestyle and your nutrition needs. Depending on your needs, we may review lab results, discuss medications, or begin building a phased nutrition plan. I’ll offer education tailored to your goals and provide optional handouts or tools to support your next steps. You won’t leave with a generic meal plan. You’ll leave with clarity, direction, and a sense of partnership. Above all, I want this first session to feel empowering. It’s the beginning of a collaborative journey toward better health, and I’m honored to walk alongside you.
