“I’ve had such a positive experience working with Diana. She’s been a truly invaluable resource for helping me learn more about nutrition and for keeping me accountable as I work on building healthier habits. What I appreciate the most is her nonjudgmental approach. She’s a great listener, supportive, and genuinely believes in her clients. Her encouragement and motivation have made a difference in helping me stay consistent and focused on my goals. I’d recommend her to anyone looking for support!“

“My journey with Diana has been wonderful. During our sessions I felt comfortable to share my health history, goals and my struggles. She is caring and made me feel heard. My main goal was to lose postpartum weight in a healthy way ensuring that I still get important nutrients in as I am a breastfeedig mother. Thanks to Diana I am back on track in choosing healthier foods to eat and healthier snacks. I am down 8 pounds in a healthier and more sustainable way! “
